At Soil Rooted Remedies, we prepare our services, educational materials, and handcrafted products with care. Because many of our offerings involve digital access, reserved appointment time, custom preparation, or made-to-order products, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated.
Consultations & Appointments
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may be subject to the cancellation policy listed at booking.
Classes & Educational Programs
Class purchases are non-refundable due to reserved space, preparation, digital materials, and/or supplies associated with enrollment. Refunds are not provided for missed classes, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.
Digital Products
Digital downloads, printable materials, ebooks, worksheets, and other electronically delivered products are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
Handcrafted & Custom Products
Because herbal products may be handcrafted, personalized, or made in small batches, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact Soil Rooted Remedies so the issue can be reviewed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing or preparation has begun. Once an order has entered production, been customized, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellations by Soil Rooted Remedies
If Soil Rooted Remedies cancels a paid service, class, or order that cannot be fulfilled, customers will be offered an appropriate refund, credit, replacement, or rescheduling option.
